Tropical Coconut Flavour over Ice
Ingredients and Quantities
1 x capsule of Nespresso Tropical Coconut Flavour over Ice, extracted as 230ml mug
240g ice or eight ice cubes
80ml milk of your choice
Method
Add ice into a clear coffee mug, the Vertuo Alto mug is perfect for this
Extract one capsule of Nespresso Tropical Coconut Flavour over Ice directly into glass
Top with your choice of milk
Stir to combine, and enjoy!

Vanilla Iced Latte
Ingredients and Quantities
1 x capsule of Nespresso Ice Leggero, extracted 80ml double espresso
180g ice or six ice cubes
80ml milk of your choice
15ml Monin Vanilla Syrup
Method:
Add ice into a clear glass or a clear bottle if you're on-the-go!
Extract Ice Leggero directly into glass/bottle
Top with your choice of milk and vanilla syrup
Stir to combine and enjoy on-the-go!
TO SHARE:
Nespresso Martini for two
Ingredients and Quantities
2 x capsules of Nespresso Ice Leggero, extracted 80ml espresso each
60ml coffee liqueur
120ml vodka
20ml sugar cane syrup or maple syrup
240g of ice or eight ice cubes
1tbsp of toasted coconut flaked
Method
Add ice into a cocktail shaker
Add coffee liqueur, vodka and syrup
Extract one capsule of Nespresso Ice Leggero directly into shaker
Place lid on shaker and shake for 20-30 seconds or until ice forms on outside of shaker
Strain between two martini glasses and garnish with toasted coconut flakes
