We do love a short week, and a lot has happened in the world of wellness, cuisine and lifestyle. Read on to discover what's happening in this weekly wrap-up...

Bring in the long weekend at SOUL

We can’t wait for the long weekend! To celebrate Matariki long weekend, SOUL have released a special set menu from Friday 28th - Sunday 30th June. Included in this menu is the brand new ‘Make it a Malfy’ cocktail with your own choice of Malfy cocktail followed by a mouthwatering 2-course menu.

If you’re looking for some menu inspiration, here’s our Remix recommendation:

For the entree, the obvious choice is the Yellowfin Tuna Crudo, perfect to enjoy while taking in the stunning views over Viaduct Harbour. Pair it with the refreshing Club Tropicana “Make it a Malfy” cocktail. To finish it all off, indulge in the milk-braised pork with casarecce pasta, a hint of chilli, and a crunchy sourdough crumb. Of course, you need to add side dishes, we recommend the broccolini and the steamed perla potatoes to create the perfect long weekend dining experience.

So sit back and relax at SOUL and raise a glass to your friends and whānau to celebrate the Māori New Year.
