THE COCKTAILS

Led by Venue Manager Aurelien Durand, Rooftop at QT features an extensive and crafty cocktail menu. Our cocktail favs include the Jungle Bird on tap with Rum, Pineapple, Bitter Orange & Citrus and the Rooftop Signature Espresso Martini, or mix things up with their take on the classic Negroni, Far Far Away with Starward Whisky, Vermouth Blend, Campari, Cherry brandy & Cocoa. If a G&T is your thing, try the Ordered Chaos Gin, QT’s first-ever branded gin. The drink is artfully created by Four Pillar’s team and injected with a colourful combination of fresh coconut milk, raw almonds and bamboo leaves – a chaotic mix inspired by QT Life.

THE FOOD

Chef Sean Connolly, Creative Director of Food & Beverage at QT and the iconic Esther Restaurant has crafted a brand new Rooftop menu for summer with snacks and bites that take you on a journey through the flavours of the Middle East. Think chicken and lamb Souvlaki, Harissa Mooloolaba king prawns, Gildas, ricotta and zucchini flatbread, Falafel with pumpkin hummus and of course, the famous Patatas. This Lebanese and Turkish hybrid menu is the perfect accompaniment to an afternoon apéritif.
