New Zealand brands on the Remix radar

In celebration of our Spring Style Edition, Remix reached out to six local brands for a send out to a few special friends of the magazine. The lucky recipients received an item from each of the brands below bundled into a limited-edition tote bag recycled from Natasha Ratuva and Hōhua Kurene's exhibition 'Inside the wave are ocean bodies' curated by Cora-Allan Wickliffe.

Born in New Zealand, Beach Brains stands independently, forging a path focused on crafting garments of exceptional quality, all while drawing inspiration from classic shapes and timeless details. Their garments are destined to become wardrobe staples, traversing seasons and lasting a lifetime. Baobei Label

Tautai has evolved over nearly 40 years into Aotearoa's leading organisation for Pacific arts, boasting a diverse focus across various disciplines. The Trust fosters connections between artists and the broader Tautai community through a series of events and initiatives, both on a local and global scale. 

Butter Butter

Butter Butter is a home bakery based in Auckland, New Zealand - where the art of cake-making is elevated through unique craftsmanship.
