Superdry Queenstown opens its doors supporting diverse Kiwi talent!
International fashion brand, Superdry, surprised and delighted locals and tourists on Friday 30th August for the launch of Superdry Queenstown.
The store, which boasts two-floors of premium tailoring and world-class snow gear, opened its doors to queues of 120 people, along with an army of Kiwi influencers to greet them!
In anticipation of the monumental launch, the international retailer partnered with social media giant, Instagram, hosting a nation-first Instagram Workshop, in collaboration with Born Bred Talent on Tuesday 27th August.
Local and international influencers such as Riley Hemson (@Healthychick101 – 164k) and Loic Quédec (@Kedecc - 45.3k) attended the workshop, discussing a mix of case-studies, relationships and all things social media.
Superdry flew the influencers into Queenstown for a 7-day experience, showcasing both the beauty of the region and how their products align with its lifestyle (without compromising global style). Kitted out with a full Superdry wardrobe, influencers conquered a variety of activities including Jet Boating, wine tasting and of course - skiing down the Remarkable’s!
The brand takes us on a vibrant and colourful journey around the globe, enriched with creative influences from a variety of international stop-off points.
Superdry Queenstown marks the brand's second store in Aotearoa, with their Auckland store having opened in April this year.
Superdry Queenstown is located at 35 Beach Street, Queenstown.
