Monday Must-Haves
Ahh... Monday. It comes around all too quickly. Like mornings, you're either a Monday person, or you're not. We've got to admit, this Daylight Savings business has totally thrown us, and waking up at what felt like 4am definitely did NOT help today's cause.
So, whether you're a huge fan of a fresh start of a solemn mourner of the weekend that was, your Monday is about to get a whole lot better with our weekly round up of the best things to treat yo'self with this week. Here are this week's Remix Monday Must-Haves!
FORMULA 10.0.06's Take Back Control Oil-Controlling Mud Mask
What if we told you there was a skincare product that basically smelled like someone mushed up and bottled a Bounty bar? Well, coconut lovers, there is now, and you're going to find it hard to resist the urge to lick this off your face (please don't). Cue Formula 10.0.06's new Take Back Control Oil-Controlling Mud Mask, which recruits nourishing coconut and cacao to tone, refresh, and balance your skin. Skincare saviour Kaolin clay also joins the party to detoxify and absorb excess surface oil. Added bonus: it won't cost you the earth, either, at only $14.99 per tube!
Silk&Steel's new 'La Dolce Vita' collection
If you're a complete and utter magpie when it comes to jewellery, then you'll be delighted to note much-loved Kiwi jewellery label Silk&Steel have just launched their third and final SS collection for the year - La Dolce Vita. Drawing inspiration from the glamorous 1960s, La Dolce Vita comprises statement, bohemian-luxe pieces that boast a rock-glamour edge. Designer Sarah Cotterall sought to pay homage to her Italian heritage in the newly minted collection, which was two years in the making. Her favourite piece? The Prima Donna Ring, which was the lovechild between Sarah and her Jaipur-based manufacturer to create. Silke&Steel's La Dolce Vita collection is available in-store and online from November 1st.
Triumph & Disaster's new 'Logic' Toner
Cult skincare label Triumph & Disaster are back with a vengeance, in the form of their new alcohol-free toner, Logic. The Witch Hazel Toning Lotion is totally natural, and represents an 'honest, natural, and effective solution to toning and treating skin'. An important step in any beauty regimen, Triumph & Disaster's 'Logic' picks up the post-cleanse slack, by clearing any remnants of the day's oily build-up (or makeup!), to leave pores clear and skin perfectly clear. Plus, it works a treat on sensitive skin types too, as the alcohol-free formulation doesn't strip or dehydrate skin. Yes!
