High up in the Hilton: Bellini’s pop up bar & it’s breathtaking views

It’s no secret we’ve got a special connection to everything Hilton related. Just take a look at the current cover of our magazine! As a result, we were one of the first to hear about an exciting new collaboration happening at the stunning Hilton Auckland. These guys have just announced a new partnership with G.H.Mumm Champagne, which kicks off with a special new pop-up bar in Hilton’s Bellini bar. The pop-up is situated out on the Bellini bar terrace until March 31^st, offering spectacular views of Auckland’s incredible Waitemata Harbour. The Hampton like feel of the pop up bar makes it the ideal place to meet with friends, try new cocktails and soak up this majestic Kiwi summer. Award-winning bar manager, Arthur Sylos, has worked with G.H.Mumm Champagne to create a series of customised champagne cocktails for an unforgettable experience. These refreshed menus are just the beginning. There’s also cocktail classes and the introduction of a new Sampling Flight Series for those wanting to sample boutique drinks from around the world. From whisky to vodka, the expert bartenders talk guests through the story behind each sampling flight and the subtle nuances between each drink variety. This is all to the sounds of acoustic singers Lee Gray and Eli Guttienbeel, who are playing live music of popular covers every Friday from 5pm until late.
