Last night, Remix and friends celebrated spring in serious style thanks to Shark Beauty and our treasured sponsors. With the iconic St Matthew-in-the-city transformed into a chic, Shark-approved soirée, we threw a night to remember—or, let’s be honest, kind of remember!

As guests arrived, they were greeted in style by the Volkswagen Golf R-Line in Grenadilla Black Metallic, parked front and centre in celebration of 50 years of Golf. The car, beautifully adorned with cascading florals, became a focal point for photos throughout the evening, with many capturing both the stylish vehicle and unforgettable moments.

Hennessy brought the night to life with its Ginger Kiss cocktail, a twist on the classic Dark and Stormy. The smooth oak and floral undertones of Hennessy paired perfectly with the subtle spice of Schweppes Ginger Ale. Needless to say, our mixologists were kept busy as guests quickly became hooked on this crave-worthy creation.

Meanwhile, The Botanist Gin offered a refreshing twist with not one but two signature cocktails. The Cucumber Cooler—made with The Botanist Gin, Schweppes Cucumber Tonic, and a fresh cucumber garnish—was light and revitalising. For those preferring a classic, the Tom Collins delivered the perfect balance of tart lemon, homemade sugar syrup, and Schweppes Soda Water.

A special thanks to our friends at Hallertau for keeping our beer fridges full and guests extremely happy with cans of Number 1-Low Carb Lager (4.5%). These small but mighty yellow cans were spotted in the hands of guests aplenty, offering a light and refreshing local drop all night long.
