Kate Spade New York is synonymous with playful sophistication and timeless style, the perfect way to express New York itself. Established in 1993, colourful and confident designs characterised by clean lines and whimsical glamour are the pillars of Kate Spade the brand, and the Spring 2024 collection for this year’s New York Fashion Week was no different.

Join me as I walk through the private showing, perched up high on the iconic New York High Line in the heat of the Big Apple (32° to be exact)!

Flow-y silhouettes took centre stage this season, and loud colour palettes consisting of blues, reds and greens made us feel truly immersed in Kate Spade. Stripes and checks were modified, featuring in all different sizes, and an ode to Kate Spade herself was touched on with a re-emergence of the 1999-born Noel print, appearing on pieces from purses to jackets. Motifs were placed both obviously and understated throughout the collection, with sculptural flower handles on this season’s handbags, slouchy silhouettes and silk tracksuits made for the perfect transitional additions to anyone's wardrobe.
