Official seafood partner of the ASB Classic, Big Glory Bay Salmon, will be used in an array of dishes throughout The Serve's restaurant and bar mecca. Highlighted dishes include a Rainbow sushi roll with aji amarillo, chia seeds and tobiko as well as dedicated raw bar Fish & Frozé featuring a beautiful fresh salmon poke bowl, marinated sushi rice, avocado, carrots and spring onion with wasabi mayo and toasted sesame seeds. The cedar board of whole hot smoked fillet of Big Glory Bay alongside horseradish, cream cheese and croutes is not to be missed!

Multiple Grand Slam winner Bethanie Mattek-Sands will be visiting Big Glory Bay in Stewart Island with her husband in the lead up to the ASB Classic. They’ll go on as fishing expedition while they’re there and as well as some seal spotting, before heading back to the mainland and taking a coaching clinic at the worlds southern most tennis club, Waihopai Tennis Club in Invercargill.
