Is ear make-up the next big beauty trend?
Aside from earrings, the ears, up until now, have been relatively untouched by the realms of beauty – but strangely, that is about to change.
2014 Paris Fashion Week was the first time the world saw make-up on the ears of models, resembling a second skin ear cuff from designer Anthony Vaccarello.
This year, designers such as Louis Vuitton and Yadim brought back the trend but this time using metallic and glitter notes.
Make-up artist Violette also Instagrammed her work for CR Fashion Book feature a gold dipped ear lobe, threaded with a simple gold sleeper. Violette has since created a silver ear which traces the edges and curves of the ear.
