BAINA & Estudio Persona Introduces UMBRA
September just got a whole lot more stylish, thanks to BAINA's latest drop. Welcome UMBRA, a limited-edition towelling collaboration dreamed up by the design geniuses at Estudio Persona. Joining for something special, they bonded over a love for simplicity, high-quality craftsmanship, and natural materials. UMBRA is the art of shadows, light, and beautiful in-between. The name 'umbra' comes from the term for the innermost, darkest part of a shadow cast by an object, wherein all light is occluded. This four-piece collection is where modern design meets everyday luxury, making it the perfect piece of art that will elevate your bathroom game into new dimensions. Trust us, you’re going to want in on bringing a little UMBRA into your life.

A Bold New Chapter for New Zealand’s Creative Scene
We're welcoming this week a new initiative, Te Wiki Āhua o Aotearoa, Tāmaki Makaurau’s underground fashion week. Translated as New Zealand Āhua Week, this colourful celebration puts the spotlight on emerging and early-career artists around Aotearoa and provides the fashion forward with their fix in the wake of the cancelled 2024 New Zealand Fashion Week. Āhua translates to form and shape, exactly what this week-long celebration is all about. Starting on September 9th, the show will focus on diverse forms of creative expressions that define our rich cultural tapestry. This is a non-profit event, and proceeds from this project will be donated to aid in Gaza.
