Toasting the start of summer with Moët & Chandon
A definitive highlight in this year's social calendar, Team Remix joined Auckland's finest at the Moët & Chandon 'The Now' red carpet gala at The Orange in Auckland's Eden Terrace. Serving dual purpose, the event marked the launch of their annual Summer Sessions inspired by Moët Ice Imperial, and celebrated five notable Kiwis as the champagne brand's honourees, including fashion stylist and influencer Jaime Ridge, entrepreneur and owner of bespoke floral company Blush Kelly Karam, CleanPaleo director Art green, jewellery designer and founder of Love & Object Constance Cummings and designer Georgia Alice Currie of fashion label Georgia Alice.
Looking to these five honourees as inspiration to live in 'The Now', Senior Brand Manager Ali Campbell noted the enthusiasm, spontaneity and boldness with which the group live their lives.
Guests sipped on Moët Ice cocktails created by each honouree upon arrival, as they milled about in the lush, tropical-inspired courtyard. As the sun began to set, the doors to 'The Now' party were opened, revealing a confetti-fueled affair complete with a claw-foot bathtub acting as a jovial background for snaps, pumping music, and our favourite, a Moët -filled vending machine.
Last night's festivities mark the start of the Moët Ice Summer Sessions to frequent Auckland's inner-city hot spots including 46&York and Pilkingtons, as well as Pier 19 in Queenstown from late November until early March 2017.
