The indulgent new Starbucks trend

It is no surprise that America's favourite coffee joint Starbucks has thought up with yet another brilliant innovation to their coffee, (Hello, pumpkin spice latte?), however, this may be our favourite one yet.

Starbucks plans to test out a mixture of ice cream and coffee in their stores, just an extra touch of bliss that will keep our coffee addiction restless.

The Seattle chain states they will begin to serve 'affogato' variations of both hot and cold coffee over ice cream throughout 100 of their stores in Orange County, California.

These goodies were first introduced at the Starbucks’ Roastery store in Seattle with the hope to become a new menu item.

Whether this concoction is dangerous or not, we hope it reaches New Zealand stores!
