Mal Corboy Kitchens: 270 glossy pages of exquisite kitchens and cuisine

What is this book all about? Yes, you guessed it, kitchens. And while the title may not entice some of you, rest assured, that if you have the slightest interest in design and food, this book should be at the top of your must-have list. Beautifully designed, this coffee table book showcases the work of arguably New Zealand’s leading kitchen designer, Mal Corboy. 270 glorious, glossy pages of immaculate culinary spaces, dotted with beautifully styled recipes from New Zealand Master Chef judge Simon Gault. A cleverly crafted mix of kitchen porn and mouth-watering recipes, complete with high quality, visually appealing imagery, this book is hands down a must for those that deem themselves a wiz in the kitchen, and for those that aspire to. Currently my copy is sitting in the lounge, but I’m drawing up plans to somehow fit a coffee table in my kitchen - it seems that’s the only appropriate, not to mention worthy, place to display it.
