Join the Remix team for a cocktail masterclass

Hilton recently invited the Remix team to attend their Mixology Masterclass at Bellini Bar 300 meters out at sea on Princes Wharf. After setting those out-of-office replies on the team spent two hours learning about the mastery behind making a great drink. Three of Bellini’s signature cocktails were the stars of the show and have been meticulously chosen to show you how to prepare a layered, shaken and stirred style of beverage.

Remix was privately hosted by Bellini Bar Manager, Manuel, and everyone was given the opportunity to try a hand at making a cocktail of our choosing - all while sipping on the crafted creations and snacking on Bellini’s Bar’s delectable bar snacks menu. Our favourites of which were the warm bread with truffle butter and the paté and duck eclairs. This experience is the perfect activity to book for your next special event.

Think Birthday parties with friends, hens do’s, or even an office team building party. APEROL SPRITZ

GLASS: Wine glass

METHOD: Build

INGREDIENTS:

  • 90ml Prosecco
  • 60ml Aperol
  • 30ml Soda water

GARNISH: Orange slice

GIMLET

GLASS: Nick Nora Glass

METHOD: Stirred

INGREDIENTS:

  • 60ml Gin (The Roots - ECOspirits) 
  • 20ml Homemade lime cordial

GARNISH: Lime zest

ESPRESSO MARTINI

GLASS: Martini Glass

METHOD: Shaken & Fine strained

INGREDIENTS:

  • 40ml Vanilla Absolut
  • 20ml Kahlua 
  • Espresso shot
  • 10ml Homemade simple syrup.

GARNISH: Three coffee beans
