Enjoy a Taste of the Sea at Hilton’s Bellini Bar

Looking for an indulgent afternoon tea by the sea while standing a chance to win luxurious gifts? Introducing the Sea of Luxury campaign that sees the launch of Hilton Auckland's Taste of the Sea afternoon tea menu at Bellini Bar, in collaboration with T Galleria by DFS. Hilton’s Culinary Director, Des Harris and the hotel’s dedicated pastry team have curated a mouth-watering seafood menu. 

From October 1st to 30th of November, Bellini Bar will serve up a spectacular, seafood-themed afternoon tea. Inspired by its waterfront location, the afternoon tea features a beautiful lineup of bite-sized creations with sustainable seafood that conveys the beauty and flavours of the sea in all its glory.

The ocean-themed afternoon tea will be accompanied by a special giveaway, curated by DFS by T Galleria. For the months of October and November, all guests who book in for the Taste of the Sea afternoon tea will go into the draw to win a luxurious gift pack valued at more than $1000. T Galleria, known for the luxurious brands that grace the shelves of the boutique have created two coveted gift packs consisting of La Mer products - a brand known for unlocking the powers of the sea with sea kelp as one of the main ingredients. As well as a perfume from Tiffany & Co - with the classic Tiffany blue bottle paying homage to the sea. One lucky winner will be drawn at the end of October and the end of November. 

The exclusive afternoon tea menu will include delicacies such as the Fish cromesquis with crayfish mayonnaise, the Parmesan shortbread with truffle ricotta and pickled red onion, Éclair of citrus cured salmon with celeriac and preserved lemon mayonnaise and the Fried squid bao with house pickles. No afternoon tea would be complete without a tea menu and Hilton’s Bellini bar has you covered with a selection to tickle every taste bud, as well as a Champagne menu for those more aligned with a tipple of bubbles. 

While the giveaway is around for a limited time only, throughout the months of October and November, the Taste of the Sea menu will continue throughout summer, giving you ample opportunity to experience this ocean-themed menu more than once.
