Burgers and Beers: Friday's Tasty Pop-Up Event

  What are you doing this Friday evening? If you're not attending Our:House Festival, or the myriad of other events overflowing the social calendar, you're going to the mouth-watering Pop up for a Burger and a Beer event, right? The Bearded Clam has been feeding burger-lovers from around the city with their delectable creations at numerous pop-ups and festivals. This time they're taking over everyone's favourite uptown bagel spot, Goodness Gracious, with their newest creation. Say hello to their twist on the classic crowd favourite: the bacon cheeseburger. A 100% beef patty is accompanied by bacon two ways; crispy grilled bacon accompanied by a generous dollop of smoky bacon jam. Completed with American cheese, onion and mayo and sandwiched between a black brioche bun.  Phew, a mouthful to explain, but no doubt an epic mouthful once consumed. The boys will open their doors, flame grills at the ready, along with copious amounts of beer to share, at 4.30pm. And patties will be flipping until 10pm. See you there!
