46 & York’s been hijacked…

Well not forcefully, but South Island purveyors of natural luxury Cloudy Bay Wines will captain the helm for a month long pop-up. The 'Cloudy Bay Sail Away' at 46 & York pop-up kicks off this week. Chef Sam Mannering will be delivering a seasonal tasting menu and tapas paired with the winery’s latest vintages.

46 & York's interior has been fully remodeled to accentuate the experience. Natural finish timers, David Trubridge lighting and lush green foliage set the scene for the first-class sun down experience in the city. Mannering's nod to lobster thermidor says it all. A coromandel lobster tail with a pecorino cheese, lobster stock and CloudyBay Sauvignon Blanc reduction matched to the newly released Cloudy Bay Sauvignon Blanc 2016. Full details here.
