Remix presents Gucci's Secret Garden

Few fashion houses have mastered the perfect balance of panache and tenacity in their fashionable interpretations of the world of whimsy. One such house? None other than Gucci. With Alessandro Michelle at the helm as Creative Director, every piece from their latest Gucci Cruise 2017 collection is spiced with a certain je ne sais quois that has us all daydreaming about our first purchase.

To celebrate the launch, Remix has teamed up with the Italian fashion house to create an exclusive showcase of the elegant and exotic pieces in our Secret Garden shoot. 

Photographed at the dreamy Wendy Whitely Gardens in Sydney, Remix styled the garments to adhere to the English aesthetic admired by Gucci’s Creative Director, Alessandro Michele.

The old-school floral line is pinpointed throughout the shoot and adds a peculiar vibe, much like a magical tea-party with the Mad Hatter!

Tight fitting, distressed jeans paired with tight eye-catching t-shirts are matched with fluorescent and magical platform sneakers. Chaotic, colourful and crazy is the way to go! In contrast, we find a free flowing floral skirts offset by the traditional baggy Gucci tee and sleek leather platform sneakers. Photographed in the enchanting green gardens, the style serves innocence and charm. Bell sleeves and ruffles also make a fashion-forward appearance.

And may we not forget the accessories to top the numbers off! The team has thrown in many dashes of gold from bold statement rings to long alluring earrings, which add that little something extra to the already magnificent!

Now pair with a daring and wild handbag that combines colour, embroidery and floral stitching for the ultimate secret garden look.
