Style Steal: Scarves Over Baseball Caps

For the umpteenth time this year, Hailey Bieber proves why she’s the one to watch. Following the viral-inducing glazed doughnut nails, strawberry girl make-up and that Rhode phone case, Hailey delivers another style cue we’ll be copying - scarves over baseball caps - which she rocked at Coachella. However Hailey can’t take all the credit, after all, the styling of scarves over hats has long been a staple in the Black community and Mrs Bieber even cited 2017 Rihanna as her muse.
