Highlights of Louis Vuitton’s Spring-Summer 2023 Men’s Collection Show

Following Louis Vuitton’s Spring-Summer 2023 Men’s Collection Show, we’re finding it difficult to pick our jaws off the ground. Conceived by the Louis Vuitton Studio Prêt-à-Porter Homme, the Spring-Summer 2023 Men’s Collection is a living testament to Virgil Abloh’s talent for bringing people together.

The collection encapsulated the belief at the heart of the Louis Vuitton studio: that imagination, creatorship, craftsmanship and showmanship can move and unite spectators around the world.

The soundtrack for the show unfolded in an exchange with the cinematic prelude, Strange Math, and the consequent score for the film was Enlightenment by the Sun Ra Arkestra, transitioning into a live performance by The Marching 100. The Tallahassee-based marching band of the Florida A&M University staged a curated arrangement with special guest, Kendrick Lamar, who performed four compositions from his own catalogue.

The guests in attendance were as star-studded as the musical composition, including Justin Timberlake, Jessica Biel, Kendrick Lamar, Naomi Campbell and Dan Carter.

Louis Vuitton’s Spring-Summer 2023 Men’s Collection paid a proud tribute to the incredible Virgil Abloh, representing his creativity and passion for Louis Vuitton and what they stand for.
