The guide to decoding dress codes this summer

In the midst of event season, it can be hard to know what to wear, especially when the dress code hasn’t been specified. Here at Remix we have put together the ultimate Dress Code Decoder, so you can nail the dress code at your next event. From Casual to Black-Tie we've got your back.

SEMI FORMAL

When it comes to semi formal, it’s a bit of a combination of other dress codes. Think an outfit dressier than office attire but not as formal as a full length evening gown. However, depending on the time of the event you may want to dress it up a bit more for an evening event, compared to a daytime event.

COCKTAIL

A short dress that you can dance the night away in, is perfect for the cocktail dress code. If in doubt, wear a little black dress or mix it up with some bright colour or fun jewellery.
