Need a foot in the door in New Zealand’s digital market? Entries are now open for DIGMYIDEA - Māori Innovation Challenge.

[gallery ids="6570,6571,6572,6573"] DIGMYIDEA is the new concept created with the hope of growing Māori involvement in New Zealand’s digital economy. The nationwide competition is about discovering and nurturing people with digital ideas that have the potential to go global and create economic opportunities for Māori and other New Zealanders. Sound a bit tricky? Don’t stress - on the DIGMYIDEA website there’s free advice and tools to help build your idea and pitch and are on hand to offer any questions you may have throughout the entry process. There are two entry categories – one for 15 to 18 year olds and one for people of 19 years and above. Entries can be either by individuals or groups of up to three people. Once entries close, the top five ideas will be selected from each category with finalists then being brought to Auckland for innovative workshops, industry mentoring, and to present their ideas to the judges. Visit digmyidea.nz for more details and to check out the huge array of amazing prizes up for grabs. Entries are now open and close October 18th.
