Hilton Auckland’s FISH Restaurant's new menu features dishes that blend relaxed yet refined cuisine, with each bite crafted to bring comfort and delight during the cooler months. Remix team members were treated to a special tasting where they got to indulge in the curated set menu accompanied by a guided tour of pairing wines overlooking the beautiful view over the harbour. Highlights on the menu were the Coal-Fired Octopus with Nduja Bolognese Sauce. This dish offered a unique twist on the classic dish by using octopus heads, embracing a zero-waste approach while delivering unforgettable flavour. To end the meal on a sweet note, the Chai and Biscoff Tiramisu quickly became a table favourite. The new Warmth & Waves Winter Menu at FISH Restaurant is priced at $85 per adult.
