Green Goddess Dressing
We have been drenching this dressing on literally everything from roast veggies to pasta and steak. It’s tangy, garlicky, and a little bit umami, trust us - it makes every dish 100x more delicious.
Ingredients
- Plain Greek Yogurt.
- Freshly-Squeezed Lemon Juice.
- Extra-Virgin Olive Oil (use a nice one if you can)
- Mixed Herbs. Basically, anything - coriander, parsley, dill, basil, chives, mint, spring onion etc.
- Garlic
- Worcestershire Sauce (if you like, nutritional yeast also works well)
- Salt and Pepper. Go hard on the pepper if you love it!
Throw everything in a blender or food processor and serve.
Desk hack: make extra to store in a jar at the office, use this to level up tired leftovers.
