Move over Cronuts, the Rainbow Bagel is our new fave

Bagels have got to be one of the best breakfast foods in existence. They're easy to make, delicious, you can top them with whatever you want, and now they can be rainbow coloured...?! Introducing Rainbow Bagels, created by Scot Rossillo from The Bagel Store in New York City. These colourful pieces of baked goodness are the coolest thing to come out of bakeries since the 'cronut' craze of 2013. The Bagel Store not only sells Rainbow Bagels but also an assortment of other mouthwatering flavours (think, Buttery Salted Pretzel Bagels and French Toast Bagels) and cream cheeses. Their variety of tasty sounding cream cheeses include Birthday Cake, Jalapeño, Maple Walnut, and many more. Unfortunately for us, because it's all the way in New York, we're probably not going to be heading there any time soon but here's some amazing pictures that we found on their Instagram that are making us drool a little bit.
