The search for longer legroom is over, thanks to Hawaiian Airlines Extra Comfort

[gallery link="file" ids="4141,4143,4145"] If you’re going on holiday you may as well start pampering yourself from the moment you step on the plane and we all know a little goes a long way when it comes to in-flight legroom. That’s why we were today excited to hear Hawaiian Airlines have just announced its new Extra Comfort premium economy seats. Available on North American and international routes operated by its A330 fleet, Hawaiian Airlines Extra Comfort are now available for purchase when booking tickets online. So, what exactly does that mean? Here are the numbers… The purchase of Extra Comfort, available in Rows 11-14 and 33-34, includes five more inches / 13 more centimetres of legroom (36 inches / 92 centimetres of seat pitch); priority boarding at the gate; complimentary on-demand in-seat entertainment; and a personal electrical power outlet. On international routes, a souvenir pillow and blanket set are also thrown in there for added comfort. Oh and get this... it's only around an additional $100 to a normal priced ticket. Of the 294 seats on a Hawaiian Airlines A330s on the Extra Comfort routes, 18 seats are First Class (Earth), 40 seats are Extra Comfort (Ocean) and 236 seats are the Main Cabin (Sky). If you’re not quite after the First Class treatment, but also need a bit more than the standard main cabin, then Extra Comfort is the ultimate compromise. For only a small amount on top of the standard ticket price, you can make the experience even more enjoyable.
