Countdown to NTC LIVE AKL: Top five training tips from Nike Master Trainer Kirsty Godso
Just over two weeks away, on March 19th, is New Zealand’s first Nike Training Club Live event. This full day workout brings together 500 Auckland women for five hours of power, lead by a Global Nike Master Trainer (soon to be revealed!) Keen to join the squad at NTC LIVE? If this is your first introduction to the world of NTC, basically, Nike hold free Nike Training Club classes every week with their crew of incredible fitspo girls. There’s everything from strength classes to run clubs to pilates, with the incredible Nike girls training beside you to help you get fit and toned fast. Don’t stress too much though, of course Nike Training Club Live is designed to push you, but there’s a range of different workout options to chose from so you and your squad will be able to last the distance.

1. Everything is better when you're with your girls!
Grab your squad and get ready to crush this day of training together. Who knows - maybe after this epic day of training you will make it a regular time to get together with your girls and get in a Saturday sweat session before breakfast and weekend activities.
2. Upskill!
NTC Live is a great opportunity to try some different styles of training that may be new to you and invite you into a new challenge or fitness crush. Alternatively, it might be your opportunity to take it to the next level with your training, developing your skills and pushing yourself a little further.
3. Work it out!
We all love a good opportunity to parade a new training outfit and what better occasion to rock your new Nike Pro's than at NTC Live - sun, sweat, music and moves... sounds pretty perfect to me!
4. Set a new goal
Turn an epic day into an epic adventure! Use NTC Live as a marker in your diary to start a new fitness endeavour - this could be trying a new style of training or setting a new goal that you're going to chase down. Interact with the amazing trainers leading the sessions who can help you with a plan of action to tackle your #betterforit training challenge.
5. Embrace a challenge!
