In the Spirit of Celebration Here Are Three Exclusive Schweppes Cocktails to Get Your Summer Party Started
If there's one thing Remix does well it's that we host an epic party and we always have Schweppes on our side to help us design an equally impressive cocktail line-up. We're not one's for gatekeeping, so in the spirit of the silly season, we've recreated some of our favourite cocktail recipes that we served to our guests at our 'Party in the Sky' hosted at Auckland's Sky Bar at the end of 2023. This way, you can take a piece of our celebration to the comfort of your own home and host your very own cocktail soirée this summer. Salut!
Schweppes Macallan 12yr Old Highball
Ingredients:
- 45ml Macallan 12 yr Old
- Topped with Schweppes Classic Soda Water
- Garnish: Orange
Method:
- Fill a tall glass with ice.
- Add 45ml of Macallan 12 yr old.
- Top up with Schweppes Classic Soda Water
- Garnish: Half an orange wheel
Schweppes Herradura Lemonade
Ingredients:
- 45ml Herradura
- 30ml Lemon Juice
- 15ml Sugar Syrup
- Topped with Schweppes Cucumber Tonic Water.
- Garnish: Cucumber
Method:
- Add all ingredients into a tall glass except for the Tonic.
- Add ice and stir it down.
- Top it off with Schweppes Cucumber Tonic Water.
Garnish: Cucumber ribbon
Schweppes Blood Orange Gin and Tonic
Ingredients:
- 45ml Scapegrace Blood Orange Gin
- Topped with Schweppes Indian Tonic Water
Method:
- Add the Blood Orange gin to a glass.
- Top it with ice.
- Finish by adding Schweppes Indian Tonic Water
Garnish: A Blood orange wheel
