Unless you have been living under a rock, you would have already heard the Met Gala is approaching. Designers plan months in advance to ensure their garments are the most eye-catching amongst the crowd. Whilst this seems like a difficult feat, there’s one brand that has had a continual place on the podium.

Dior encapsulates the essence of French fashion into their garments, exuding elegance, style and class. Year after year, their sophisticated yet statement pieces have seen celebrities awarded the much-anticipated title of best dressed. We’re talking Rihanna’s iconic 2009 satin tuxedo.

The 2018 theme, Heavenly Bodies: Fashion and the Catholic Imagination, is set to bring some of the most jaw-dropping looks to the red carpet. We cannot wait to see what Dior brings to the table. If that’s what they could achieve in 2009, imagine what they can do nine years later.
