Acclaimed local designer Adrian Hailwood has teamed up with the footwear gurus from Mi Piaci to create a covetable shoe collection: Hailwood for Mi Piaci. Combining Hailwood's penchant for high concept limited edition shoes created for his A/W fashion shows and Mi Piaci's trend-led styles and quality craftsmanship, together, they’ve come up with a range of five classic shoe styles with a signature Hailwood twist. Styles include edgy ankle boots, courts, and outrageous snake print sandals. Pops of bright colours and warm golds add a flash of brilliance to every piece, contrasting with shades of soft blue and sand-washed raspberry. Hailwood and Mi Piaci Buyer, Louise Anselmi believe the shoes will appeal to every woman who appreciates design and quality, and enjoys wearing statement shoes. Each piece is crafted from leather, and carries a message etched on the sole: AH  ♥  MP. The collection will be launched at Hailwood’s show at New Zealand Fashion Week on Tuesday 4 September.
