Tiger Streets of Singapore takes over Little Easy again tonight
Last night was the second Tiger Streets of Singapore event in Auckland. This time, the energy and vibrancy of Singapore was transported to the upstairs of Little Easy with fairy lights and lanterns covering the ceiling and walls, progressive music by Katana and delicious food stalls – if you missed out, don’t worry, they’re doing it all over again tonight!
Those who arrive between 6pm and 7pm are greeted with a voucher for a free street food dish from any of the food stalls. A special ‘Tiger Slider’ filled with tofu, coriander and peanut sauce was a crowd favourite, along with steamed prawn dumplings and an authentic laksa.
People matched their dishes to the new Tiger beers on offer – Tiger Black, Tiger White and Tiger Green Tea, which are currently only available at the Streets of Singapore events.
For those in the capital city, the Streets of Singapore are heading your way next week. On Wednesday they’ll be at Dirty Little Secret with live street art by Xoe Hall, a delicious Singapore-inspired bespoke menu for the night including dumplings from the renowned House of Dumplings.
