New Zealand’s favourite orchestral/EDM hybrid event returns to celebrate thirty years of the greatest global dance anthems. They’ve just released their second line-up announcement and we’re giving away 4x VIP tickets!
Joining the already-released lineup of start-studded music mavens, including home-grown chart-topping dance duo SACHI, are full live sets from D&B heavy-weights Shapeshifter, pop songstress Kimbra, beloved singer-song-writing legend Sir Dave Dobbyn & Band, and Australian vibe setters Sneaky Sound System.
The first release announcement includes Auckland Philharmonia Orchestra with acclaimed conductor Sarah-Grace Williams, curator DJ Dick Johnson, renowned composer Ryan Youens, and host Aroha. This set list is all without mentioning the illustrious line-up of guest vocalists, including Ilan Kidron (The Potbelleez), Savage, Ella Monnery, Jeremy Redmore, Tiki Taane, Miss Connie and Bella Kalolo.
This year Synthony in the Domain is shaking things up by introducing a new festival experience which combines the original Synthony format of orchestra with special guest vocalists and instrumentalists, as well as additional standalone live performances from other epic live acts on the bill.
Set to grace the iconic Auckland Domain for one day only, on Saturday 1st April 2023, this is an experience you don’t want to miss. Expect a full-blown, multi-sensory extravaganza experience.
