Where to get your free Ben & Jerry's ice-cream this week!

As locals of Ponsonby Road, we remember the mayhem that ensued following the opening of Ben & Jerry's around the corner from Remix HQ. 

Queues as far as the eye could see wound their way down the famous Strip, with eager ice-cream fiends ready to get a serious dose of brain freeze. 

Now, the ice-cream giant are extending their saccharine-sweet empire by opening a brand new Scoop Shop inside Sylvia Park's Hoyts cinema. 

Movie buffs and sweet tooths alike will delight to note the new Scoop Shop carries a range of the brand's much-loved flavours, including Phish Food, New York Super Fudge Chunk, Cherry Garcia and more. 

To celebrate their new home, Ben & Jerry's are holding a Free Scoop Night this Thursday 30th November at 5.30pm. 

And judging from what we witnessed at the last Ben & Jerry's launch, we're sure they'll run out at lightning speed.
