Check out the new Instagram offices
Instagram celebrated it's sixth anniversary this year and to make things exciting, the company decided to move 350 employees to a brand new office.
Taking them out of the one-story office which was located at the former headquarters of Facebook, they are now based in a newly refurbished building not too far away.
Instagram’s creative director Ian Spalter partnered up with architecture firm Gensler to design the office in a way where it reflects the development of the app. The space features an incredible lobby area with eight digital displays that show content from the app, a studio area equipped with perfectly lit scenes inspired by the app that serve as backdrops for commemorative photos for visitors, can you say #instaworthy?
Designed with comfort and creativity in mind, the open concept and ample wall space are used to encourage participation and collaboration. There is even fully stocked micro-kitchens on each floor with plenty of lounging space.
