A Royal objection from Thomas Markle Jr.

Meghan Markle and Prince Harry, the royal love story that’s on everybody’s minds. The power couple seems to be shipped by everyone apart from Meghan Markle’s own half-brother. In case you weren’t aware, the couple was set up last year by a mutual friend on a blind-date and things bloomed from there, let that be a lesson that not ALL blind dates go terribly.

Meghan Markle’s biological family is a little bit complicated. She has two half-siblings and is an only child from the relationship between her mother and father. Her and her half-brother, Thomas Markle Jr., have been estranged since 2011 yet he had the audacity to write a personal letter to Prince Harry urging him not to marry his half-sister.

In a letter shared with In Touch Weekly, Thomas details the reasons why he personally thinks it’s “not too late” to call off the royal wedding. He’s not invited to the wedding (and he wonders why), but also mentions the fact that his father (who in fact is) and sister also weren’t invited. It’s not certain how many of her biological family members are attending the wedding.

He starts the letter off by saying, “it's not too late, Meghan Markle is obviously not the woman for you.” He went so far as to call it the “biggest mistake of Royal wedding history”. Then he takes a dig at her future status and calls it an “attempt to act the part of a princess like a below C average Hollywood actress.”

The beloved former Suits actress has captured the heart of the world with her warm smile and flawless style but her brother dubbed her a “jaded, shallow, conceited woman” telling Prince Harry she was going to make a joke of the Royal family heritage. The whole letter is an angry attempt at convincing Harry that his happiness does not lie with Meghan and he’s better off without him, but if it’s good enough for the Queen of England it should be good enough with Thomas Markle Jr.
