The 30-Day Lipstick Challenge Day 12

Maybelline New York Color Sensational Lipcolor in ‘625 Are You Red-dy’ Ok so I admit I fell off the lipstick wagon in the last few days BUT I have great excuses! Firstly, I spent the weekend up in glorious Tutukaka going out on dive expeditions to the Poor Knights islands. The sea is clearly not an acceptable place to wear lipstick. Secondly, I was on a shoot for the last two days and was so busy making sure everyone else looked amazing that I completely neglected my own face. But I’m back on board now. In fact, today I am wearing an absolute knock-out lipstick! No fancy premium brands today – this is Maybelline New York, available in your local supermarket or pharmacy. Affordable for all. And AMAZING. I have always been a huge fan of Maybelline makeup, especially the mascaras. I can now also verify they are also makers of excellent lipsticks. I’m wearing a true red shade called ‘Are You Red-dy’, it’s totally my favourite red so far. Good for day or night. Awesome colour intensity and it stays on reasonably well for a lipstick so moist. Bloody loving it! Staying Power: 7/10 Colour Intensity: 9/10 Moisture: 8/10
