Get the Look: Lady Gaga’s Grammy Glam and WIN with Joico
More frequently than not, we find ourselves wishing we could be Lady Gaga. Now with Joico, you can be. Joico celebrity artist and Gaga’s long-time hairdresser Frederic Aspiras reveals the five-step process he used to recreate Lady Gaga’s gorgeous Grammy’s hairstyle.
- Begin by cleansing the hair with Joico Blonde Life Brightening Shampoo, then condition with Joico Blonde Life Brightening Masque. Towel-dry hair and spray with Joico K-PAK Colour Therapy Luster Lock Multi-Perfector Spray to gently detangle hair.
- Apply one to two pumps of Joico Joifull Volumizing Styler to the hands, and distribute throughout the hair before blow-drying, then apply Joico Heat Hero to dry hair to guard against potential curling iron damage and split ends.
- After curling the hair in small sections, add grip to your updo by applying Joico Hair Shake Liquid-To-Powder Texturizer and brush out the curls.
- To finalise, section away the top portion of hair to create an elegant wave, then pull the back and sides up into a French twist, leaving the ends out to create elegant finger waves. Utilise the end of a tail comb for the finishing touches and pin waves and curls into place.
- Finally, use Joico Power Spray Fast Dry Finishing Spray, an ultra-fine mist to deliver a gorgeous shine and firm hold.
