What’s on the menu you ask? You can expect to see dishes like the Coconut Kingfish Ceviche to warm up your appetite, followed by the Seared Hokkaido Scallops and the Ostrich Loin. Settle into the Banquet Main with Slow Roasted Whole Lamb Shoulder and Study of Beef, finishing the five-course meal with a sweet Trio of Chocolate dessert.
