Quick & Easy Summer Cocktail Recipes

Here’s our go-to cocktail recipes using Rekorderlig to keep you and your guests refreshed all day.
Swedish Punch
This recipe is inspired by the traditional Swedish summer punch that many families prepare for midsummer parties. Combining vodka, fresh fruits and juices using Swedish flavours. It's a balance between sweet and sour with elderflower and cucumber lingering at the back of every sip.
Ingredients:
SINGLE SERVE
30ml Vodka
30ml Elderflower Cordial
30ml Fresh Lime Juice
1 Slice of Cucumber
1 Chopped Strawberry
3 Mint Leaves
250ml Rekorderlig Strawberry-Lime Cider
Execution
Put thin slices of Cucumber and quartered Strawberries into a Rekorderlig pitcher or glass. Clap the Mint gently before adding to the mix. Then pour in Vodka, Elderflower Cordial and Lime Juice. Half fill the pitcher or glass with ice before adding the Rekorderlig Strawberry-Lime Cider. Stir gently before serving. Garnish each serving with a Mint Sprig and half a Strawberry.
Swedish Strawberry Spice
Service 4-5 in a Jam Jar (250-300ml)
Ingredients:
90ml Tequila
90ml Fresh Lime Juice
90ml Agave Sugar/Nectar
3-4 Fresh Strawberries
2cm Chilli
2x 330ml Bottles of Rekorderlig Strawberry-Lime Cider
Chilli Salt
Lime Wedge
Execution
All ingredients except fruit can be pre-batched and kept in the fridge for up to 3 nights. The Chilli Salt is made by mixing dried chilli flakes with salt and can also be prepared in advance.
Put Tequila, Lime, Agave Sugar, Chilli and Rekorderlig Strawberry-Lime Cider into a strong blender and add Strawberries. Add ice until there is an equal amount of ice and liquid in the blender. Prepare the glass by coating the rim with Lime Juice - run a Lime Wedge around the rim. Dip the rim into the Chilli Salt until you get a nice looking salt rim around the glass. Blend the cocktail until it reaches a nice thick texture. Serve each batch into 4-5 glasses.
