Project Botanicals: Win an evening for two at the official opening of the amazing Bombay Sapphire pop up restaurant in Auckland

Project Botanicals has been in Melbourne for the past two years with huge success, but this is the first time it has landed on local shores, and we’re ridiculously excited! The pop up bar and restaurant will be open for two weeks only at James in Parnell. The idea behind Project Botanicals is to provide a distinctly different dining experience and pay homage to Bombay Sapphire’s unique approach to gin making. Local Bombay Sapphire Brand Ambassador Chase Bickerton and Chef Mark Southon have teamed up to create the menu including an exotic range of 10 matched cocktails and dishes, inspired by the 10 botanicals within Bombay Sapphire.
