Cloudy Bay has launched a Pinot & Prosciutto Food and Wine Tasting Series, with ticketed masterclasses in Auckland and Wellington on offer. With such a dynamic dining duo, this coveted event is one you can’t miss!

The month of May calls for cosy evenings, with a wine glass in hand and a table full of good food. No one understands this better than the team at Cloudy Bay, which is why their tasting series offers only the best selection of food and wine pairings. A number of NZ’s finest culinary masters have each created a signature prosciutto dish, designed to complement the Cloudy Bay Pinot 2015 or the Te Wahi Central Otago Pinot Noir 2015. Fancy learning the tricks of the trade? Masterclasses are being hosted at Auckland’s Gusto Restaurant and Foxglove in Wellington. Renowned chef Sean Connolly will be curating the masterclass at Gusto and tickets are already selling out. The Wellington masterclass will feature platter artisan Kate Marinkovich, who will delve into the ultimate tips and tricks for styling the perfect prosciutto platter.

The Cloudy Bay Pinot & Prosciutto evening provides a perfectly balanced interactive, educational and culinary experience – you even get to take home a personal Cloudy Bay chopping board!
