An Aperol Spritz pop-up is coming to Auckland!

If ever there was a drink made for summer, it's Aperol Spritz. There’s no denying that this refreshingly bitter cocktail is the quickest way to brighten a summer afternoon or a balmy evening. Here at Remix HQ we’re partial to an Aperol Spritz or two on a hot, sunny day (or a wet, rainy one if last year’s Remix x Aperol Spritz evening was anything to go by!) so we were super excited to find out that a Tuscan-inspired oasis is opening on The Deck at Ostro this month. This Italian-inspired terrazzo will come to life with orange trees, platters, a sparkling fountain and of course, everyone’s favourite aperitif. Set to be a popular pop-up, the Italian Garden will be open for just 30 days, from 5pm – 9pm, on Wednesday – Saturday. To nab a spot in the sun to sip your Spritz, be sure to book ahead with an Aperol Experience, available here. Your ticket includes a demonstration on how to make the perfect Aperol Spritz, a tasting platter and of course, the drink du jour!
