A Sneak Peek Inside The Remix Gala with Schweppes

A surprise performance by Peking Duck’s Keli Holiday, Caviarmafia bumps with Belvedere Vodka shots, and Shark Beauty SmoothStyles™ in the goodie bags? It could only be the annual Remix Gala! Last night, Remix and friends celebrated spring in serious style thanks to Shark Beauty and our treasured sponsors. With the iconic St Matthew-in-the-city transformed into a chic, Shark-approved soirée, we threw a night to remember—or, let’s be honest, kind of remember!

From the first arrivals to the final goodbyes, the Schweppes Bar remained at the heart of the celebration, serving up an exclusive array of delectable cocktails that kept the party going in sip-worthy style.

Bartenders and mixologists were busy throughout the night as guests ordered their Schweppes cocktails of choice, including the Ginger Kiss, Cucumber Cooler, and Tom Collins. A crowd favourite? The Cucumber Cooler—a light, refreshing mix of The Botanist Gin, Schweppes Cucumber Tonic, and a crisp cucumber garnish. Meanwhile, the Ginger Kiss offered a unique twist on the classic Dark and Stormy, blending Hennessy with Schweppes Ginger Ale for a subtly spiced cocktail that was a massive hit. Last but certainly not least, the Tom Collins featured a delightful combination of homemade sugar syrup, The Botanist Gin, fresh lemon juice, and Schweppes Soda Water. As guests sipped and glasses clinked, Schweppes added the perfect pour of style and sparkle to the evening.
