Originally introduced in 2008, there are now two new models, 33 and 38mm in diameter, that required an impressive three years of development. In classic Van Cleef & Arpels style, the diamond-paved moon and stars perpetually pursue the sun in divine movement, embellished with snow-set yellow sapphires or, alternatively, guilloché yellow gold. In mind-blowing technical design, the 24-hour rotating dial revolves almost imperceptibly while the aventurine glass presents delicate open work to hold the diamond-set white-gold stars, portraying the cosmos and the magic of a starry night— all such intricate details that live up to the brand’s stellar reputations.

Paying tribute to nature, which has inspired the Maison since its inception, the Lady Arpels Brise d’Été watch captures the essence of a refreshing summer morning. This exquisite creation blooms with corollas in the Van Cleef & Arpels garden. White- and yellow-gold butterflies, crafted in plique-à-jour enamel, not only tells the time but also it flutters away with an on-demand animation module that brings life to the flowers and their stem. Time's essence unfolds as hours pass in sync with nature's rhythm.

Set with yellow sapphires, these blossoms appear in relief thanks to Van Cleef & Arpels' new technique, creating the illusion of a boundless flowerbed. Meticulously hand-sculpted, the feminine figure in white gold spreads her wings of sparkling, pearly-white plique-à-jour enamel, achieving a luminous transparency effect. Against a backdrop of turquoise skies in three shades, the sun dazzles with the brilliance of its stones: spessartite garnets, coloured sapphires, and diamonds.
