There’s a new collab in town and it merges one of New Zealand’s most famed and favourite heritage brands with an iconic sports equipment empire. Introducing the exclusive clothing collaboration between Rodd & Gunn and Gilbert.

According to legend, the sport originated in 1823 by English schoolboy William Webb Ellis. Ellis decided that football had too many rules, so as a result he picked the ball up in his arms and began to run with it.
