Fashionistas must visit Ballantynes Contemporary Lounge Fashion Week
If you weren’t already familiar with Ballantynes' Contemporary Lounge, then you need to be!
Located in the heart of premium Christchurch department store, Ballantynes, the Contemporary Lounge boasts an incredible array of famed Kiwi designers, including Karen Walker, Juliette Hogan and Kate Sylvester, as well as well-loved international brands like Ben Sherman and Ted Baker.
Forging intimate relationships with each of these successful, independent designers, Ballantynes is offering the fashion forward the opportunity to get close and personal with them too at Ballantynes Contemporary Lounge Fashion Week this week!

Luncheon with Juliette Hogan and Kathryn Wilson
Wonderwomen Juliette Hogan and Kathryn Wilson are hosting a luncheon with 40 lucky fashion aficionados on Wednesday 20th September from 1-3pm. The luncheon is all about celebrating their successes as designers, mums and gal pals!

Twenty-Seven names and Harman Grubisa
Harman Grubisa, feeling fabulous following their win in the regional finals of the International Wool Award (not to mention high praise from Vogue) along with long-time fashion favourite Twenty-Seven Names, are hanging out with cocktails and canapés from 6-8pm on Thursday 21st September in the Contemporary Lounge. They'll be hosting a Q&A session based on their mutual focus on ethically and environmentally responsible designs. These brands both deserve their huge followings!

Huffer's 20th Birthday Party (2.0!)
Huffer founder Steve Dunstan is heading down South to DJ, so the Contemporary Lounge team will be serving up beers and burgers to celebrate! Plus, all attendees will receive a free, limited edition Huffer Tee! Head along to this fun, chilled out night to support the Huffer team at 5.30pm on Friday 22nd September!
