Rosie Huntington Whiteley shares seven tips to get supermodel fit

Wish you could have a rockin’ bod like Victoria's Secret supermodel Rosie Huntington Whiteley? In an interview with The Daily Mail, the supermodel dishes out seven easy ways to maintain her famously incredible body - all of which we are starting tomorrow!

1. Mix up your gym routine
'I find that alternating workouts and mixing interval, low and high intensity training really helps.'

2. Don’t run, skip!
'If you're short on time try skipping – I love it as it gets the heart rate up immediately and works out so many parts of your body. It's a great cardio alternative that also helps tone at the same time.'

3. Never train alone
Rosie recommends to try find a gym partner or trainer who inspires and motivates you to get to the gym in the morning.

4. Never skip meals!
'Never miss meals for the sake of saving calories,' she says. 'Breakfast is really important for me and sets me up for the day.'

5. Eat before and after a workout
Rosie usually has a high-protein breakfast and spinach before exercising and a green smoothie afterwards. She suggests to have a green smoothie filled with whole foods and vegetables rather than a green juice as it just sugared water.

6. Cook at home
Resist all those tempting take outs and quick frozen foods. Rosie is 'a real foodie but when I'm at home I try and cook very nutritious, organic and basic foods and when I'm out I'll enjoy myself, but try and make healthy choices.'

7. Drink plenty of water!
Rosie aims to have at least 8 cups of water every day… before lunch! If she has a shoot or a red carpet event she will try to avoid carbs and try to drink as much water as she can to keep hydrated.
