Introducing the Moët & Chandon Ice Rock Lounge at the 2020 ASB Classic 

Moët & Chandon are excited to announce the return of Moët & Chandon Ice Rocks Lounge at the 2020 ASB Classic. The Moët & Chandon Ice Rocks Lounge has the chic atmosphere and refinement of a Malibu Beach Club, including a poolside oasis. 

 

Located at the centre of the tournament’s entertainment area, ‘The Serve’ and will be positioned across two levels, with a lower poolside area; designed for lounging and watching the on-court matches on the screen. Then above with an upper dining and bar level; set under alfresco pergolas.

 

For the first time in New Zealand, Moët & Chandon Ice Rocks Lounge will serve Moët & Chandon Ice Impérial Rosé; the world’s first champagne specifically created to be enjoyed over ice. Being served exclusively at the ASB Classic, Moët & Chandon Ice Impérial Rosé is being compared to as the closest thing to having the flavours of a golden pink sunset within a bottle. 



Moët & Chandon Ice Rocks Long Lunch

 

The Lounge will also host the stylish Moët & Chandon Ice Rocks Long Lunch at the 2020 ASB Classic. Guests will enjoy a glamorous afternoon of fresh cuisine, ice-cold Moët and exciting entertainment, all poolside and set to the modern pink and white tones of the highly anticipated Moët & Chandon Ice Imperial Rose. 

 

Guests will be able to able to enjoy the fruity and vibrant bouquet of the champagne, which is accompanied by an array of fresh sashimi and seafood. With ice being an essential element of Moët Ice Impérial Rosé, guests will enjoy a live ice carving presentation, before being directly added to their goblets to be matched with delicious summer condiments, which include fresh mint, lemon or grapefruit, a cucumber peel or a slice of ginger.  

 

With the theme of Moët & Chandon Ice Rocks Long Lunch being all-white and rosé, all attendees will be encouraged to wear their best tennis whites and mix in pops of pink into their outfit. 

 

“The Moët & Chandon Ice Rocks Lounge will be the perfect combination of what the tournament’s off-court experience is all about; championship tennis, long summer days, delicious food and of course, ice-cold Moët & Chandon to celebrate,” says Juliet McInnes, Senior Brand Manager, Moët & Chandon. 

 

Attendees are invited to enjoy Moët & Chandon Ice Rocks Lounge, which will be available through all tickets and ground passes. The Moët & Chandon Ice Rocks Long Lunch will be hosted on Saturday 11 January, ahead of the Women’s Semi Finals. Tickets for Moët & Chandon Ice Rocks Long Lunch will also include a ground pass for a day of tennis.
